Even though equity in a home is an abstract asset, It is essential to know the exact value at every given moment and to protect it against market volatility , illegal mortgage foreclosures and title deed document manipulation or fraud.

ANFA's

Transformed abstract equity into representations owned exclusively by the registered legal homeowner, with their value determined by current appraisal, are Abstract Non-Fungible Assets.

CHEX

Are representational tokens, derive their value through property evaluations linked to current markets in each state, then factored into the National Median Price Value calculated to determine the ANFA's national value.

Leverage

CHEX serve as encumbrances on Equity ANFA's, dischargeable solely through exchange with ANFA's of equivalent value in the MERS Ledger by the rightful owner.
